Christopher made me feel very at ease at a time I was very anxious and worried before surgery. He was very professional and took the time to really listen and explain what was happening, so much so that by the time I was in theatre nothing felt unexpected. Chris checked in with me after surgery too, my husband and I both felt he really contributed to the exceptional level of care we received.

Dr Marshall discussed my pain control options with me pre-op, and helped me to come to an informed decision. He was clear about what was happening at each step and spoke to me in terms I could understand as a layman, without any kind of superior attitude or approach. I felt completely comfortable with him as my anaesthetist at all times throughout my procedure.

Upon arrival, he came and introduced himself to me and put me at ease. He explained what would happen along with different options I could consider for some aspects. When I was just going into theatre, I became very nervous and he again put me at ease before putting me under. He did a great job and I would highly recommend.
